Prasanthi Nilayam - Sathya Sai Baba
Prasanthi Nilayam - Sathya Sai Baba
The Devotional Heart
“You can learn many things from their steady march toward the goal; that is the advantage in going on pilgrimage. You can develop your devotion, your faith, and your spiritual discipline when you are surrounded by kindred aspirants.” Sathya Sai Baba
2nd August – 8th August 2026
This pilgrimage will take us into the heart of the devotional path. At Sathya Sai Baba’s ashram we will immerse ourselves in His great Spirit, his infinite Love and His everlasting Grace.
The journey will start in the Indian City of Bengaluru. From there, we will travel up to the village of Puttaparthi (a journey of around three hours) where Sai Baba’s ashram - Prasanthi Nilayam, is located.
Here we will immerse ourselves the the many ashram activities: Omkaram (morning devotions); Bhajans (devotional singing); Meditation and Yoga; visits to the sacred locations around the village, that are redolent with His presence; and satsang (spiritual talks and sharing related to His life and teachings.
The ashram canteens serve delicious, vegetarian food (both spicey and non-spicey) and there are opportunities to go for walks in the village and its vicinities.
